15 January 2024
This week the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be offering municipal services at the Tokai Library in Tokai and at the Sarepta Community Hall in Kuils River on Thursday and Friday. Residents are encouraged to come out in their numbers and take advantage of this opportunity.
The details are as follows:
• Thursday, 18 January 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Tokai Library, 109 Tokai Road, Tokai
• Friday, 19 January 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Sarepta Community Hall, Rietvlei Road, Sarepta, Kuils River
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
‘This January you can save that money you would have spent on transport to our municipal offices. We are bringing the City’s services to your doorsteps in Tokai and Kuils River. We hope to see as many community members taking up this opportunity. Please remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
